The system consists of prefabricated modular components manufactured on autonomous, highly efficient production lines, enabling the rapid assembly of external walls and vertical structural elements with high levels of precision, quality, and consistency.

The panels are manufactured with pre-finished internal and external surfaces, significantly reducing both construction time and finishing costs. Their geometry has been carefully engineered to enable the straightforward integration of cast-in-place concrete floor slabs, while ensuring seamless compatibility with building services and technical systems.

Each panel incorporates dedicated service voids to facilitate the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as intelligent building management and monitoring technologies, advanced renewable energy solutions, and water harvesting and reuse systems.
